Solution to "Wireless Apply: Fail"
- Press "Setup" on your remote
- Highlight "Network", press "Enter"
- Highlight "Address Setup", press "Enter"
- Scroll to "Manual", press "Enter"
- Enter in the IP Address, Netmask and Gateway that you can find in your router settings. (Check your router's manual for specific instrictions)
- Highlight "Wireless Apply" and press "Enter"
- If "Wireless Apply" still shows anything other than "Success" ensure your ESSID is setup correctly (CaSe SenSiTive) and that your router encryption is set to WEP/WPA or OFF
- Turn off your firewall or any antivirus programs that may prevent access to shared folders
- Turn on "Guest" account
- Go to Start, then Control Panel, and then click User Accounts.
- Click Guest.
- Click Turn On the Guest Account.
- Make sure "Share Name" has no spaces:
