Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

We DO NOT ship to:
Syria, Sudan, Iran, Venezuela, Afghanistan, Lebanon, North Korea, Iraq, Yemen, Cuba, Madagascar , Vietnam,  Libya, Pakistan

Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

No shipments can be made to APO or FPO addresses, PO Box addresses, freight forwarders. You may not export any products purchased at the online Xtreamer.net Store.
The Xtreamer.net Online Store does not support shipping items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses. To ship items to an additional address, please place a new order on the Xtreamer.net Online Store.

Tracking Shipments

As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier's name and a tracking number, if available. You can also view this information by signing in to online. Just visit online DHL tracking page and provide the package number we provided you by email to get a summary of orders placed in the past 18 months.

You'll see your order number, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, estimated shipping and delivery dates, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped. If you choose to view the order details of an order, you'll see additional information including any gift messaging, product engraving, product customization, and more.



When will I receive my product to be delivered by DHL?


Shipping can take approximately 10-15 business days.
 

When will I receive my product to be delivered by postal mail or parcel service?

Product delivery depends on the payment type you selected and who is delivering your order:

You paid by credit/debit card, transferred your payment online during the order process, or used a purchase order:

  • If Xtreamer.net is responsible for delivery, we will immediately forward the delivery order to our fulfillment center. The fulfillment center prepares the shipment and sends it to you via postal mail or a parcel service.
  • Shipping can take approximately 10-15 business days within the EU
  • To the U.S., and Canada  approximately 15-25 business days as well as to other countries/regions.

If you have selected a different payment type, the delivery will be initiated as described above as soon as we receive your payment. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your payment is received.

Usually we will send you an email with your tracking number so you can monitor the delivery process.


Problems with your shipments?

If something is wrong with an order that is being fulfilled by Xtreamer.net Store, we certainly want to help you. Please read the information below for more on how to proceed. (If something is wrong with an order you placed indicate the number of items you're returning, the reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you

Incorrect or damaged items
If you paid for expedited shipping and did not receive your package on time, please contact Xtreamer.net Sales Support for direct info.

If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact Xtreamer.net Sales Support

Do you need to cancel or change an order that has not yet entered the shipping process?

Did you receive a damaged or defective item?
If the item has a damaged or defective part, we recommend that you contact us to see if we can have this part shipped directly to you. We'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're returning, the reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you.

Did you receive the wrong item or an item you didn't order?
You will see in our contact form a section at the bottom of the list of items in your order where you can indicate items that you didn't order. We'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're returning, as well as whether they arrived instead of or in addition to items that you did order. We will also ask you whether you need a refund or a replacement sent to you.

Are you missing an item?
Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock at different fulfillment centers, we may have split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the packing slip. If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized. Visit the relevant order summary in Your Account for estimated delivery dates for every shipment associated with your order.
