Not all video files are encoded to work with the Xtreamer. That depends on
the encoding of the media or can happen due to a corrupted download. If that happens you should use applications like Mediainfo
or Avinaptic. Being able to play a file on your PC does not necessarily mean that the Xtreamer media player will be able to play back the same file flawlessly. If you need help, post the clip info and (if possible a sample) in the relevant section of the Xtreamer forum for advice.
