CouchPotato (CP) is an automatic NZB downloader. You can keep a "movies I want"-list and it will search for NZBs of these movies every X minutes. Once a movie is found, it will send it to SABnzbd.

Starting up the WebGUI takes some time. But then he works fairly good. Not sure how many dependancies he needs since my ET is full of stuff installed on it.

Please test it.

I have the same problem. If you want to start the app. The webbrowser tells, he can't find the website eg. http://e-Trayz:5000/. So there isn't a real error in the screen. I even wait for 1 minute, so everything starts up.

Hopefully you have a solution..

Hi everyone,

I also installed this earlier in the week and encountered the same problems, however I did discover the problem and I managed to fix mine manually.

The package installs to:

/home/epkg/share/CouchPotato

In that folder is the file config.ini

I had to edit the config.ini file, the part which I changed came under the heading [global], I noticed that Host was showing an IP address of 0.0.0.0, I simply changed the IP address to my e-TRAZz one saved it and gave it about 30 seconds and re-launched the shortcut and it works like a dream every time now.

Hope that helps you out.

This did not work for me. Still fails to open the page.
What other Apps do you have installed? Perhaps another App has installed something that is required.
CouchPotato site lists Python2.6 as required. Thats already installed on the eTrayz right?

*edit* I have it now loading. From within the same config.ini under the Global header I changed 'launchbrowser = false' to 'launchbroswer = true'

Python is preinstalled yes. With all basic core components. Time is one of them. Should be working fine.

I also get the Update Available prompt in the program. I clicked it and it said 'Updated Successfully' but when it tried to restart it couldn't load anymore. So I had to uninstall and reinstall via App Installer and edit the config.ini again.

So don't try to update from within the program.

I updated the package with new version. Also the local IP of ET is not automaticly added into config.ini. Please upgrade to this version without making backup and try if it works for you.
